cooper trigger adjustment - how to

Can someone run down the trigger adjustment sequence, for a M21 Cooper rifle? Which adjustment, pull weight, overtravel, sear engagement) to do first, second, third?

Thanks!

Tom

There are three adjustment screws on the trigger housing, two in the front and one in the rear. The rear one is for sear engagement. The top one in the front is overtravel, the bottom is for pull weight. All have set screws from the side that need to be loosened in order to adjust. Don't mess with sear or overtravel if you don't need to. To lighten the pull, turn the lower adjustment screw out in 1/4 turn increments. The adjustment is sensitive, so use small turns and check often. After you are done, tighten the set screw and do a bounce test after you have put the rifle back in the stock. Let me know if you need more info....
