I have bought Cooper rifles from Hendershots and Cove Creek and generally have had a good experience at both places. Both usually have a good selection of Coopers. What Dave has said is right about Hendershots mostly the fancy rifles (maybe that's what you want?). I bought a used Cooper in very good condition from them for not a bad price a while back. Cove Creek is fine but the prices on their rifles are pretty firm.Both places have good websites that show their current inventory (?), I always call to double check that what I'm interested in is still in stock before I go as both places are a long drive for me.

Gulfbreeze Fireams in FL usually has a small selection of upscale Coopers. If you catch the right time, the prices can be very reasonable. I bought a Model 21 Varminter with Grade 2 engraving, AAA French Walnut stock, inlaid sling swivels, checkered bolt handle, fluted barrel, and skeleton grip cap for about 60% of the list price. Good folks to deal with also.
