Converting a Rem700 ML to Standard Bolt

Can this be done? I found a ML700 pretty reasonable and I'm wondering if it can be converted to standard bolt action. It is a single shot of course and that is what I would want anyway. Just a standard bolt swap, or a lot more?

I don't believe it can be done. There are no.lug abutments. Furthermore, the bolt is guided by a screw that rides in a keyway in the bolt
