Contacting Pappas Rimfire Products

I have been attempting to call Pappas Rimfire Products and all I get is the message: "the person you are trying to call has a mailbox that has not been set up". Are they in business anymore? Does anybody know what is going on or how to contact them? This is a very poor business practice.

Or contact through Facebook. Jessica was active on the Pappas Rimfire Products Facebook page less than a week ago so sure looks like still in business.
 
She's struggling to keep daddies business going but the attitude isn't much for CS. My opinion ....
I'd recommend a Arnold rest or conversion of a Pappas with Arnold parts.
OP is vague on what he is wanting.
 
Jessica is a good person and may be overwhelmed since her Dad passed away. She may still be a single parent of a couple young children. I do not know her present situation, but wish her well.
 
Give her a chance as said since James has passed she is trying hard to do the right thing.
If your email or phone call isn't answered in a second ( our internet world has made us think answers are instant) give the business owner a chance.
When you take someone away from the lathe or what ever they are doing it takes them twice as much time to remember where they were.
I know that to be true. Be patient she'll get back to you.
 
So does that make my pappas one piece rest with the 4 tops more valuable?
Too many out there !
Once the top of the single rest market. All the rim fire ARA crowd tried to pay the brand homage only to get chit slung back at them (us).
Things change ...time to move on imo
