Constitutional Carry in Oklahoma

I guess the Bill is going to the governor, and finally the truth is coming out here in the media.

These concealed carry people actually believe that they are qualified to carry a gun because they went to a three hour class? But the rest of us aren't because we haven't?

Here we are starting to hear the truth in the news. The concealed carry licence is a TAX, that the government uses to fund the government, and that IS ALL IT HAS EVER BEEN. It has nothing to do with public safety.

I have never seen an issue that better defines how people worship the government. Here the State took away your Constitutional right, and then charges you to give it back, and people are concerned now if we get OUR RIGHTS BACK we are not qualified to have them!!!

Arizona is a Right to Carry State. We have just passed Right to Carry Concealed without a permit. I just renewed my CCW for a fee, but that allows me to Carry Concealed in 27 or so other States including yours.

The divide between those who understand liberty (whose twin is responsibility) and those who pursue safety (whose twin is tyranny) is becoming more and more evident.

I also keep my (Oklahoma) concealed carry for the exact reason ClassCat keeps his. It allows me to carry in most states I travel in...... Bob.

Just remember; nothing, and I mean nothing, involving the federal government will give you liberty or rights. If you are "given" the right of Constitutional Carry, it simply means you are a documented gun owner, and the Feds rule your right to carry - not the state you live in. So, that means New York and California will have the right to change federal carry regulations in the future. It also means that federal agencies will have the right to apply policies concerning concealed carry that certainly won't be beneficial. Pray for that "freedom" to be left in your state's hands.
