The “Press” are a bunch of panty waist writers trying to drum up a story. I learned about yellow journalism in high school, around 1970. It was usually used, along with the word “propaganda”, when talking about how the Communists controlled their populations.
Watching the major news feeds these days, I can see yellow journalism is thriving.

Actually, yellow journalism has done so well it has driven out all other forms of journalism except outright lying, which is currently giving it a run for its money.
