Lapua is in favor now. There are some competitive lots of Eley but extensive lot testing to find it.

It's not as barrel specific as a lot of people seem to think. As Todd said, most are using Lapua. There's some good lots of Eley here and there but you have really work to find them or be really lucky

What kind of matches are you referring to? For 100 & 100 yard silhouette, I am currently shooting Eley Semi Auto Bench Rest Precision and Eley Match. Both lots picked after testing lots that were available on the Killough site.

For ARA unlimited Benchrest, I am currently shooting two lots of Lapua Center X. Both lots shoot about the same. One case came from the test center and one case I bought locally after lot testing it. I also have one brick of Eley Tenex that will shoot scores in the 2000's, but don't use it for matches.

For anything else, I use mid priced standard velocity ammo like RWS Rifle Match.
