Competition scope weight

I am looking for a comp scope for my 30BR finishing up next week and am restricted to 24 oz or less to make weight.

I know the march fixed will make it but can't find pricing on any as Shiraz doesn't have them on the website get

Also the Leupold comp comes in at 20.97 according to their websites but have heard that the Leupold comp have repeatability issues.

Any ideas on 40, 50, 60 fixed costs for the March and any comments in the Leupold issues

I believe the older plain jane 36x leupold should make weight. I am sure someone on here knows the actual weight.

If I recall the earlier Leupold CS scopes had internal problems that were attributed to poor assembly technique. I also recall reading that the problem was corrected. There are certainly a boatload of the CS scopes still being used all over the world.

Yes i was talking to Jim Borden about those internal issues and i don't recall if we talked about whether it was fixed yet.

From my research it seems that the CS issues Leupold on internals and how to handle it was a starting point for March to get started...

if the Leupold CS is fixed internally i might look there
