same case, same bullet and same primer with a load of 24.5 grains which powder will give higher velocity Varget or Reloader 15?

But it is such a small difference to speak of.

With an SMK 69 At mag length, they can be identical. With the 77 SMK, you will find a tiny difference in favor of RE15, and the same tiny advantage with the SMK 80.

At 0 degrees or at 100 degrees? I've seen some big swings with RL15.

tylerw02, you are correct, Varget is one of the best at temperature insensitivity, so if you go very far away from comfortable temps things can change.
