Companies that change scope reticles??

I have a Sightron 8-32 with target dot reticle. I want to use it for long range hunting. The dot at low light is difficult to see. I prefer a duplex for hunting. I have other scopes I can use but I like this due to the quick adjust eye piece, side focus and reliable tracking. I called Sightron and they will not change the reticle to a duplex since it was never offered with that reticle origianlly.
Are there any after market companies that will do this? I've heard of comanies who boost power and change reticles but not sure of who/where they are.

If you allow an outside company to change your reticle, you will probably lose your life time warranty.
