Put your thumb on the action tang and lift the bolt handle with the first two fingers of your hand keeping all of the applied torque in your hand and not transferred it to the gun. Sizing the cases with a little clearance helps on bolt closure. I place my middle finger under the stock ahead of the trigger guard and use my thumb to close the bolt again keeping all of the torque in my hand. When buying a front bag rider look for something that does not raise the centerline of the barrel any higher than necessary. I would think that cheek pressure pushing the stock into the rear bag would cause the bags to be upset. I use my thumb against the trigger guard to push the gun into battery. I am a picker (not fast) shooter so this works for me. As a side note be sure you know where your fingers are when you close the bolt (as not on the trigger) easy to do. Keep your bolt lugs lubed for easier operation
