Colt,Ruger 77,Sako,FN Detachable Bottom metal and our New Shop expantion

I just came back from two weeks of meetings, visiting seven of the large Arms Manufacturers , signing contracts and receiving purchase orders for Chamber Reamers , Cutting Tools and Machined parts . We are installing many new machines in both Pacific Tool and Gauge and are new facility Pacific Precision Machine . With over 30,000 sq. ft. . this facility will be responsible for manufacturing Bottom Metal , Bolts Recoil lugs , Firing pin assemblies and at least 1000 other parts for Sig Sauer , FN/Winchester , Savage , Sako , Weatherby , Remington 700 , 783 , Colt , Cooper and many other Rifles . This gives us the room we need to expand PTG's Chamber Reamer and Cutting Tool lines . As moving the machined parts to its own facility we have room to install our new 6 Star ETG and PTG CNC cutter grinders . I have been moving toward this for 20 years . I have two main goals , one to have 84 plus Tool makers manufacturing match grade and Factory Chamber Reamers to stock for immediate delivery along with all our other Form Tools and Gauges and a 16 man custom shop that I will be in charge of grinding precision Competition and Wildcat Reamers in less than 6 weeks . With a 48 hour turn around for emergency reamers . Second to manufacture Detachable Bottom Metal and Trigger Guards along with every other component that go's with the rifles . I WILL KEEP EVERY PART AFFORDABLE , for example I am stocking Sako TRG steel bottom metal for $147 and running Stealth plug and play bolt in bottom metal made from 7075-T6 hard anodized for Ruger , Weatherby , Savage, Remington , FN , Winchester and many other Units that will use Accuracy international , Accurate Mag and Alpha Magazines starting at 75 bucks up to $129 . As you can see on our Web Site we are starting to make about every type Bolt for actions ever made in our precision fit design . At the present time we are focusing on Bolts for Stiller Precision , Remington military and Savage. Our goal is to get caught up and have private shelf stock for Stiller Precision and other rifle companies along with all the other after market bolts and accessories we are starting to manufacture . By Shot Show we will employee over Two Hundred employees in both facilities , We have a goal to make are two Pacific divisions and Jerry Stillers company along with all of our individual customers profitable by getting Precision Parts out at a affordable cost in a timely manner and truthful pin pointed deliveries. I will never make receivers , my goal is to help Jerry get caught up on all his products because usually He ,Curtis and Russ catch hell because there waiting on parts from me . Two of the new machining cells containing eight CNC mills Two CNC lathes and two CNC grinders will be running three shifts just to keep Jerry's parts shipping on time and will strictly be for private Stiller Action Parts . Stiller Precision is one of my biggest customers, up there with Remington and Winchester . As you know we promote Stiller precision products and advertise his Action's on our Web Site as If they are my own . You mite say the new shop is a division of Stiller Precision , The big 7 rifle companies and thousands of other end users including your self .
