You will need a collet closing attachment.

Couple of ways to go. You can get a collet chuck for 5c or 2j or rubberflex ect. the chuck will mount to the lathe spindle and the collets go into the chuck. you can get a collet closer like a lever style or a draw bar style with a hand wheel and then you need a spindle adapter from the 5mt to whatever style collet you will use generally a 5c or 2j. I just added a pratt burnerd collet chuck to my lathe, I am very pleased with it so far
