Different brands do have different flame characteristics.
Bringing this up again. I thought benchrest primers were all magnum primers made with higher precision. But my Speer loading book says that CCI and Federal br models are standard, not magnum energy. Is it Remington's 7 1/2 primers that are a magnum charge and more precise manufacturing?
