CNC Barrel Thread Protectors Needed!

After conferring with Jimpag,we both are asking for the same thing. We need quality Delrin thread protectors for our barrels. Simple but durable. This one a gunsmith now passed made for me years back for one of my Bat barrels. The heavy duty electrical conduit is the ticket. At $5.00 A piece +ship ? I'd take 10 ! MAYBE theres one of you out there that could swing it. Let us know. thankyou,Pete

Someone with a Haas and a bar feeder could crank those out lickity split, specially in plastic and a through hole. Wish I had the machine to help.

Just looked and Steve has delrin caps also.

For the tenons?

Heat gun and upset the diameter to the point that it holds itself in place. Not as sexy as machined, but it'll probably work.

Edit: Alternatively, get this

and crank out your own. Sell 12 of them at $5/pop and you broke even (aside from materials.)
