for BR......I turn my PMA cradle upside down and with a towel or two - creates a nice little spot for catching brass

PMA. I tape an allen wrench to it so I can break it down.

That brass catchin' idea is a good one.

I put one together this morning out or 3/4" plywood slot like kcjim posted. It was some scrap I had lying around. I got to get some carpeting or something to like it with but I'll just use a towel for now.

I cut slots so the rubber forks from an mtm plastic cleaning station fit in my loading table- solid, cant knock over the rifle. the same could be done with other manufactures forks.

What do you all use for a cradle or vise for cleaning you benchrest or fclass rifles with a 3 inch forend?

I use the PMA cradle, have both the 3" and 4"

Check out Berry bullets and look at their model. I love it and well made for the $$
