SELLING Clay Spencer rifle .243 and 30br

Clay Spencer built Remington 700 action blueprinted and trued, McMillan stock, jewel trigger, .243 14t barrel with about 300 rounds and a Krieger 30 br tight neck ( .330 ) barrel with about 600 rounds also a 14t beautiful metallic paint job with only a couple tiny imperfections. This is a screw in gun and the quality of Clays work is evident when you see the bedding job.
Base to go with the rifle but not the scope. I will include 50 pieces of neck turned Lapua brass. both barrels are shooters. Last account I had he charged $4,750 plus a donor action for a build. $ 2,200. OBO shipped to your ffl

Never have shot Bart or bibb 30 caliber br bullets, but shoots .250 5 shot groups pretty easily with 125 tnt and 110 vmax. 243 barrel shot several groups in the 1’s one evening with different charges of varget .

I have a Clay Spencer Built 6PPC built off a 700 action. It maintained the factory stock. Absolute perfect work and it shoots 58 grain Vmax bullets lights out!!!!! He is a great smith and this is an absolute steal.
