CIP?

CIP is the Eurozone standard for various things. In firearm terms, unlike SAAMI which is a voluntary standard, the CIP standard is mandatory.

So if I was to buy a 6.5-47L reamer and it says (CIP), that would be ok?

As the CIP is the standards body for the 6.5X47 Lapua, yes. It means it's an industry standard dimensions chamber as registered with the CIP. Same as the reamer maker saying '.260 Remington SAAMI', or '6.5mm Hornady Creedmoor SAAMI', these being US SAAMI registered designs.

As there are variations in the freebores people specify for this cartridge, I'd check that the CIP version is what you want and whether it suits the bullet(s) you plan to shoot.

For the most part their standards are interchangeable with SAAMI, but be careful, some cartridges (see the delta L problem https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delta_L_problem ) can be problematic.

Also, CIP allows higher pressure for some older cartridges than SAAMI.

My understanding is SAAMI uses indirect piezo pressure transducer measurement method, while CIP uses a direct gas measurement piezo transducer measurement method, which results in higher readings. Maybe someone in the know can clear this up.

The Delta L problem is a result of original design conflicts. It has nothing to do with CIP specifically since CIP does not design any of the cartridges they only document the standard design.
Some standardized case and cartridge drawings permit a maximum cartridge that is longer than the minimum chamber.
