Cheapest 338 custom action ss

Any idea who's making the cheapest stainless 338 lapua custom action?
My uncle wants something. I bought a bat model m but that out of his $$$ range

There are lots of actions with a Magnum bolt face and 338 Edge or RUM are pretty close in performance evidently.

That's my plan any way, in an $1,120 action. There are cheaper options I'm sure.

The other cheap option is a Savage factory rifle in 338 LM.
