I got it for a buddy and he ended up bailing on it, brand new never fired PSA magpul lower registered
To me. Upper is a Faxon match barrel set, 16in 223 wylde 1-8 twist 5R. Roughly $850-900 in it

I can’t remember if the upper has been shot, if so it can’t be much, the rifle doesn’t have a forward assist, they are around $10 just never got around to it
