chargemaster key pad problem

My key pad on the charge master combo went goofy yesterday. Everything works fine except the top row of keys. But for my purposes that is a "very" important set of keys,,1,2,and 3).

Any idea what happened or how to fix it at home?

Call RCBS! They may be out of the office until next week.

Don't open the case as you will void your warranty. RCBS customer service is outstanding and they will probably just ship you another unit.
