Changing the radius at neck shoulder junction ?

I posted a question concerning shoulder angles a few days ago. In the discussion a statement was made about a cartridge called the "6mm Beggs".
Mr Beggs was rather famous for his shooting establishment (building) in Texas where he gave access to BR shooters to develop their loads and ideas. He developed the 6mm and another caliber from the .220 Russian cartridge and was able to practically eliminate case stretching! It was also stated that his modifications produced a cartridge that rivaled the PPC cartridge.

What he did besides necking up to 6mm and incorporating a 30* shoulder, was sharpen the "radius angle" of the neck/shoulder junction.
I don't understand the above sentence ! I didn't know there was an angle at the neck/shoulder junction, I just thought it was a point on the neck. Is there an angle at this juncture that is portrayed on reamer prints ?

Think of where the case sidewall transitions into the shoulder. Theres a radius there. Some think a sharper radius will grab the brass and not let it stretch. Mr beggs is a nice gentleman who genuinely cares about making shooters shoot better. He frequents the forums esp benchrest.com and helps out where he can. Maybe you could ask him there as he is on there every day helping br shooters- here not so much.

There isn't a an angle call out at that point (neck shoulder junction) but there is a radius call out. PTG will do .060", Manson .070". Actually Manson prefers you to call out minimum radius on the print and they'll shoot for .070". I don't know what JGS will do. It's an attempt to limit case length growth. It may help and it doesn't seem to hurt anything.
