Chamber reaming

Hi folks: new here. I have a question, need an answer. I have a .244 mashburn, I would like to rechamber to .244 rem. does anyone have the, cartridge dimensions, of the mashburn. All I know so far, is that the mashburn has a 30 deg. Shoulder. Rem. has a 26 deg. Shoulder. I'm not worried about indexing the bbl., but I would like to take off the min. On the face, and min. On the shoulder, so I would not have to shorten the length of bbl. and rethread. A little side info. Im 67 and not to good on a computer. I do better in a machine shop, with manual machines. Any help, would be very much appreciated. Resp. Gary.

Gary, gary macdonald here , boy if I did not know better I woulda thought I wrote your post. Im much better in the machine shop ten on this thing.
I ve got a few books on chamber specs , even obscure wildcats , I will check later today as know Im gonna take a nap!
What state you live in ? Im in s fla and have many reamers ( I usually dont loan tnem out but I have been known to change my mind.

The Handloaders manual of cartridge conversions (a Great book). Hasthe 244 mashburn on page 139 case length-2.24,shoulder dia -.434 length to shoulder-1.735 ,neck length.370 , shoulder angle 32.94/side,neck dia-.259.
If you need any more specs , let me know.

Hi Gary, I live in Elma, ny. Just outside of Buffalo. Specks would help, quite a bit. I have a new reamer, go and no-go Gage's. Other than that, it's still cold up here. Thanks, gary. PS. Got your specks as I posted they will help immensely .

Morning , I have the std 6mm rem specs if you need . I would suggest measuring a fired case , if you have one . It looks like 030-035 is all you need to remove , but I need the book agin to be sure. Im having my coffee and trying to remember what I was thinking last nite.
Its cold down here too , low 40s . Thats cold for down here.
