I have not been able to find a reamer print for the Wylde chamber...I was wondering other then the throat length being longer in a WYLDE chamber. I know that the Wylde was designed as a compromise chamber to allow the use of commercial .223 and military ammo without the added risk of raised pressures...
#1- Is the body area of a WYLDE chamber pretty close to a standard .223 or does it too have extra clearance?
#2- I want to build up a Rem 700 in .223 for my wife to shoot, will a WYLDE chamber shoot 55-60's good?
#3- If I use a Wylde chamber in a 700, considering it will have a good barrel,1-10" XX OLDER R. Douglas barrel), trued +.010 receiver, and trued bolt, bedded action & handloads).
#4- If I used A Wylde reamer she could shoot ball ammo or handloaded .223. Would I be better served just to get a standard .223 reamer?
Thanks
