223 Go Gage.

I understand not all Go gages are created equal. However I was told that the 223 Wylde finish Reamer requires a Wylde Go gage and not a standard 223 Remington GO gage that I already own? Maybe I am missing something that I don't know?
Sounds a little suspicious to me and need some advice.

Thanks.
Russel

I'm looking at a chart of reamer dimensions comparing 8 different reamers by different manufacturers. All taken from their prints. 223, 5.56 and Wylde. It shows a max of .002" difference in the base to shoulder number. I think your safe using your 223 gage

Wow, A response from Mr Tooley himself... Thank you sir. Thanks for taking the time to look that up for me.
Very Much appreciated.

Happy to help. I keep a lot of stuff gathered up by my desk. Mostly so I don't make myself look stupid since I have the onset of CRS disease these days.
