Chamber Measurement Changes?

.002" is within observable error with calipers. How does it shoot? If it shoots like it used to, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.
I shot yesterday at 600 and everything was really good. I shot 1000 today and was just glad to be on paper. Wind kicked my backside, 8 to 20 mph switching wind.

Wind often spoils the party!

The tenon extends away from the shoulder. You cannot increase stretch of the tenon if you cannot rotate the barrel. The shoulder to action contact surfaces are large flat fixed locations, they cannot change. If you quit measuring things you won't have any problems. The rifle should be OK. Just shoot it.
The threaded tenon will stretch as you tighten it and 65 lb ft isn’t enough torque for the barrel to stop turning in the action. I’ve torqued many barrels. I’ve removed plenty of barrels that were way over torqued. The cartridge shoulder is in the chamber in an area that shouldn’t move by different torques but the body of the cartridge is in the area of the chamber that is stretched and shrunk in diameter with different torque. The key element is to maintain consistency and if I remove a barrel that is extremely tight I do my best to pull it back as tight as it was because POI will change along with other things.
