I wanted to share my recent dealings with Chamber Chiller.
My unit worked just fine until a week or so ago when it suddenly quit working. I looked up the order and sure enough it was out of warranty by a week. I contacted Steven and told him what had happened and that it appeared to be just out of warranty.
He responded quickly and said a replacement would be sent out with no questions asked. It arrived today and all is well.
That kind of customer service seems to be the exception rather than the rule these days. I appreciate it very much!
