Central Pa Airgun Match Results Sat. 2/24/24

It was an early start today. Shortly after 7:15 first relay shooters were seated and ready to go. After 40 animals there was a tie between Rich Hite and John Wacher for second place. We had a 4 shot shoot off for score. They tied. Then we went to a 1 shot best center shoot off. Rich hit the tiny center dot at 20 meters to garner second place with John earning third. First place was won by Jeff Gates. Next month's Springer Airgun Match will be held Sat March 23. Break out that pellet rifle sitting in the closet and come learn a new skill.

Thanks, I like it also. My wife has one in dark purple.Your group is very competitive. If I got you guys and gals on the challenge of spring guns you would be hooked. There is a very knowledgeable Springer shooter and Springer mechanic in Lancaster. No reloading, no cleaning, 3 to 4 cents a shot. By the way, we enjoyed blueberry muffins at the match today, to bad you didn't come.

Either a TX200 or Weirauch 97 are pretty much what all our guys shoot. They are easy to tune and work on. Very good triggers and very accurate. You want to start with a .177. Ourdoors I enjoy my Diana 54 in .22 out to 100 yards. They will teach you bench manners.
