Center Shot bipod issue

I have a Center Shot bipod I had to replace the carbon fiber tubs on it with carbon fiber rods. That went on just fine but the cant adjustment won’t hold my rifle straight it just falls over no matter how tight you make it. I am not sure if I reassembled it correctly or if parts are just worn out. If someone could point me in the right direction for information to fix it I would greatly appreciate it.
