CCI VNT 17 HMR

Anyone found or tried this new ammo that CCI is coming out with ? So far none of my dealers have it in stock. Supposed to be faster and more consistent than others. Speer, thin jacket with a yellow poly tip. Bill K

Have not shot the VNT 17 but I have shot the A17. It is faster and shoots better in some guns than others. Just have to try it and see if it shoots in yours.

I am shooting the A17, Hornady and CCI's in their various styles out right now, also a couple lead free one's/ but want to compare this new CCI VNT to them, if and when they come out and I can locate some. But you are correct the A17 works very well. I am shooting a CZ American 455 in the 17 HMR. Bill K

The lead free did not shoot well at all in my Anschutz 1517.

Not as well in my rifle either, but will have it, so when Commie Kalifornia goes lead free, in 2019-statewide. Must plan ahead. Bill K
