I too have been looking... I ran across another member on another site saying that he called them to ask what the hold up was? They told him that they have stopped production to work on a few things about the primers that they were not happy with? They did not give him a time frame of when they would start back production?
I called CCI and they told me that they have been on a PRODUCTION HOLD for about 8 months and they had not fore casted date to resume. He said the BR 4 primers were not meeting their "Sensitivity" standards.
So this begets the question "what are you high end competitive shooters using?"
I found them at Gander Mountain, but they take way too much pressure to seat in my 6br Lapua brass. Switched out to some Federals I had and they seated with the amount of force I'm used to. The rifle seems to like them.
If you want the CCIs I have your welcome to them. I only have 1,000.

The only duds I have ever dealt with were BR-4's. That must be part of the problem they are trying to fix. I have over 2000 each of Rem 7 1/2, and WSR, as well as 1000 Fed 205m, so I am covered for a while.
The consistency puzzles me because the CCI200 LR primers have been one of my favorites. They have been dead reliable and accurate.
