CCI 450 Primer difference?

I placed a order for 5000 CCI 450 Magnum primers, the blue box is what i ran out of, the white box is what I got. Does anyone know what differences there in primers like these?

The white box was packaged for OEM orders. It is the same primer. OEM order was probably for a ammo manufacturer.

Yeah, they were overrun from one of the smaller ammo manufacturers. Unknown, Blackhills, CRD, Druid, etc...
