case neck tension

Tension is an aspect that I tune a load with in my comp/target rifles, and let the targets tell me what they like.
For hunting and/or ruff use, .002 to .004 is where I like them to be.

PS: for what its worth, one member who is adamant on this subject will state that he can't measure tension, but can bullet hold. He wants all the hold he can get (what ever that all means). He may chime in with a impediment reply explaining it all.

Chad,
Might I suggest you pay heed to what Donovan wrote. Each rifle varies to the point that you have to test different neck tensions to see which gives you the best results on the target downrange. Just my .02 worth.

Just looking at possibly needing to try neck tension when I get my rifle built. I want an accurate rifle and just looking at the tension on the bullet as a possibility to get better accuracy. right now my dies are .003 -.002

IMHO, that's a great setting which is what I use on my BR Rifles.
