Case neck micrometer input needed...

Riflewoman ; you took me back about forty-five years with that one . Last time I saw one of those tools was visiting my Ex-Father-in-Law at the Ohio Steel Tube Works in Shelby , Ohio . Great tool . And very accurate . Operator required .:D:D

Measuring 38 Special brass trying to determine if there was a specific “Wadcutter” brass...
 
It's +/- 1thou, which is not accurate enough for necks, and it could be hard to replace the indicator with that length of spindle. Can't beat the price though, and the parts have great potential for a better tool in the making.
[I went ahead and bought one]
