This Tool is for checking inside the case around the .200" Line or anywhere inside the case
above the web to feel for impending case head separation.
Will Fit .17 Cal and Up - Tool is 5.5" Long
When you run the tool up and down inside the case in this area it should feel smooth
if you can feel an indentation or something different or "off" right in that line
You should toss the case because it is about to come apart
This tool prevents that from happening by letting you know the case has stretched too much already.

Much better than a paperclip,
I know, I used to use a paperclip too, which is too flexible and doesn't provide a postive feel.
The sharpened tip and stiffer rod gives very positive and sensitive feedback.
You don't have to guess or wonder,"Did I feel something there?"
The feel is instant which allows for quick checking.
