Witch cartridge has more case capacity ? 6.5-284 or 6.5-06 a-square? Also what is the difference between the 6.5-06 and 6.5-06 A-square ?

According to Quickload the 6.5-06 A-Square has 2 grains more capacity than the 6.5x284 Norma. 66 vs. 68

The 6.5-06 A-Square is the SAAMI specked 6.5-06.

IMVHO: The 6.5-06 with the longer case would have "more case capacity.

The 6.5/284 has a rebated rim like its parent case and like the "short magnums." The case itself has a larger diameter than the 30-06 case, though I don't know what that translates to in case capacity.
