case capacity comparison

I am trying to make a decision about re-barreling a rifle, but I need some information. Does anyone know the difference in case capacity,water in grains) between any of the following:

.243 Winchester vs. 6mm Remington
.243 Winchester vs. .243 AI

7mm-08 Rem. vs. 7x57 Mauser
7mm-08 Rem. vs. 7mm-08 AI

Any help would be appreciated. I cannot find these data.

7x57Maus 53.2 .211 3.45
Above info from MODERN HANDLOADING, Maj. George C Nonte, Jr. Winchester press 1972 Edition. 243 Ackley Improved should be about 4 grains more due to the improved shoulder angle. Googling I found out the 7mm08 cap is 3.32 which is almost the same as the 6mm Rem. Check out this sit... www.6mmbr.com/243Win.html

The following are "default" H2O capacities with cases trimmed to minimum SAAMI OAL, per QuickLoad software. Please be aware they are "relative" only....actual H2O capacity will vary depending on the individual chamber, case wall thickness, etc...

.243 Win = 54 grains
.243 Win AI = 57 grains
6mm Rem = 54.4 grains
7-08 = 55 grains
7-08 AI = 58.3 grains
7 x 57 Mauser = 59.5 grains
