He has set himself up to be able to make some cheap plinking ammo and enjoys what he is doing. All is well for him. There was talk on another forum a few years back about the cheapest thing to shoot. At that time 38 special brass was cheapest and 223 55 grain bullets were the cheapest bullet. There was talk of a die to neck down the 38s and load some up and build a small ring Mauser rifle to shoot them. We may all be resorting to this kind of thing before too much longer. The exact reason I have made feeble attempts at casting bullets.
