I was recently at a local range and found a couple pcs of brass and I am curious if anyone has any info on it. The cases are 9mm win mag cases necked down to a 22 cal. Looks interesting and the 2 cases I picked up (out of 5) have been there a while but they don't show any signs of distortion like they were fired from a semi auto but cant understand why somebody would leave fire formed brass behind.
