Carry gun thinking

I'm not sure how you can beat a G26 for CC. Plenty of firepower and can front pocket carry in shorts or jeans. I especially like the fact when I'm feeling uncomfortable in my surroundings I can put my hand in my pocket. As a bonus with little practice you draw and shoot on target in less than 2 seconds.

Appendix carry is stupid.

No its not. The only way I've carried. Sticky Holster 10-11 o'clock with a bit of cross draw. I can pack around my full size 1911 .38 Super with hardly no discomfort. But, I'm on the bigger side. Secret is a good belt. I've tried so many holsters. Keep coming back to the good old' Sticky Holster.

I suppose I'm the odd one out.

A carry a S&W Bodyguard in .380ACP. Fits in the pocket of literally anything.

I'm getting old. Some jackass might decide to 'roll' me at the gas pump one day. I figure if it's not on my person all the time, it's no help. And I have no visions of a long-range shoot out. No 'quick draw' tricks for me. If there are multiple attackers well.... Possible. Even a single attacker would be the worst day of my life. I'm not gonna prepare for a turf war. I just don't want a beating because I'm old.

And yes, I shoot it occasionally. A 9" pie plate at 20 yards is plenty good enough for what it is. And I can do that.

If you predator hunt like I did for many decades, you may find that appendix carry works best because you may find yourself sitting at the base of trees or under any cover you can find.

As for driving, just use a holster that lets you move it a little bit to make it more comfortable, (larger belt loops).
