Carbide neck expanders?

I use 21st Century's TiN coated TURNING mandrel for expansion. It is slippery and I believe is .2225"

Who melonites small parts like these at a reasonable price?

I just send the small parts with the barrels I send, no extra charge for the small parts, I pay for the batch. There are members here who sent their sizing die to me to be added with my batch. I did not charge them, but almost all of them sent me some money to cover my time and return shipping.

I just received the batch of 12 barrels for our juniors, a few guys I know locally sent along expander mandrels and sizing dies. Did not charge them. Another item I send out are gas tubes for the ARs. The ones I had melonited and used myself, after a couple of Ks of rounds through and that much more dry firing, still do not show any wear on the end tab that goes in the carrier key.

Where do you get your dry graphite i can only seem to find ut in an aerosol can.

Imperial Dry Lube comes in a kit. It has an extra supply of moly with it for adding as necessary down the road.
