Candy laminate

Nice work, you should do before pics too, gives a better scope of what happened.
I agree, it's just when ever a stock shows up I look it over for a lil bit then attack it.
Photos are always an after thought.
I have a composite suppose to be here tomorrow I'll do my best, maybe do a how to thread showing imperfections and repairs with products used.

Ooops!!! See how that happens. I'm stripping this McMillan back down doing various repairs and painting in a really nice pink!
I'm pretty sure the owner of this one is secure in his manhood and supports the TaTa's.

Effect colors tend to be softer more subtle over light colors, but more exotic and pronounced over dark colors.
Over white I'll mix a gram or more of pearl per 100 parts of clear, where with black I'll only use .1 of a gram and get a stronger effect in fewer coats.

After blocking I put on my final prime. I used white House of Kolor as I'm spraying this one pink. Grey primers can muddy your colors, where white gives you cleaner more vivid color.20190620_102025.jpg 20190620_102151.jpg 20190620_102156.jpg
Yeah that look good n straight, now I'll sand with 320 to level the orange peel and finish in 500 grit wet sand for color.
