Can you put a picatinny rail on the bottom of a MPA chassis?

I put their 'spigot' on both of mine. serves to move the bipod out further which seems to add to stability.

Thats what I want to do. I have a bipod extension but it attaches to a picatinny rail. MPA has the RAT adapter but they are $80 and I need 2. Just trying to see if there is another cheaper way.

I looked last night for a spigot and didn't find any. They do pop up once in a while.
