Can you put a HV barrel in a 5r remington stock

Just curious if their is enough room to put a HV barrel in one of those HS Precision stocks they use on the 5r rifles with the Remington varmint barrel channel?

Yes sir did mine with a large washer . used it like s scraper. Did not take very long. Finished with 100 grit on a 1in deep socket.
