FWIW (a lot IMO) H4895 may be used for drastically reduced loads in any rifle cartridge with published H4895 data as well, and a treatise on it is also published by Hodgdon:

Happily, H4895 supports more rifle cartridges than any other powder.

Also, many other powders may be used for reduced loads. There is a treatise on this in Richard Lee's "Modern Reloading Second Edition", Chapter 10 (on matching cast bullet metal to pressure), using his "one grain reduction factor" data as described in pages 112 to 114.

Trailboss is much like the discontinued SR4759, they are great for downloading almost any cartridge, and still fill the case.

Definitely. Also,I've found that using cast boolits and Alliant 2400 works well for very light rifle loads.
