Can I trim bronze with my Wilson case trimmer?

I know it sounds kind of dumb, but I need to trim a bronze bushing a little to use it as a pillar on an Encore forend. I thought I might be able to use my Wilson trimmer, it would be a much more even cut than the old hacksaw. Will this hurt my cutter?????

Send an e-mail to www.lewilson.com for a definitive answer. I would think that you should be okay, but that would just be a guess.

Thanks for the reply. I chickened out and used a brass bushing instead. It worked really nice. I cut a screwdiver slot in it, added my j-b weld and screwed it to just the right height. My .223 round fit in its holder and the neck fit in the bushing perfectly and gave me a very square cut.
