Can anyone identify this headstamp?

It looks like 603 to me, but might be wrong. This is a steel case.
Anyone, this is just for curiosity sake.

I have a big document of headstamp codes but 603 is not in it. 602 is imported from Canada and 604 is Austria.

Yes thank you for your reply. Yes I have found both 602 and 604 as well. Maybe it isn't a 3 but sure looks like it, even under magnification. Also it has a berdan primer.

That's not 603 but rather a "Barnaul" stamp that's not very sharp.

I've seen the Barnaul stamp a million times, but still took me a minute to realize what the stamp in your pic was.
