Can anyone here make me a custom size recoil lug?

I'm in process of building a 540 series .22 and I'm looking to contract someone to make me a custom size recoil lug. Basically a scaled down remington 700 recoil lug. If you have a mill and surface grinder and are willing to whip one up ill send a crude drawing of what I need.

Gun Parts ,Numrich, has them . Under gusmith supplies. Tey were used on old bolt shotguns . They are not ground but its a start if you can finish .
