Can anyone help me withs some neck dimensions for 7WSM and 7SAUM?

I have some questions that I hope someone can help me out with. I need someone to measure the loaded neck dimension for a 7 SAUM with RP brass and with necked down 300 SAUM Norma brass. I also need the loaded neck dimension for a 7 WSM with Winchester brass and with necked down 300 WSM Norma brass (either 7mm/300 WSM or 7mm WSM will do). Let me know what bullet you are using if you would.

I am trying to figure out what I need for a no turn neck.

Thanks in advance

Dan

No-turn neck for the 7mm SAUM using 300 SAUM Nosler brass is .318, that is a little tight for 300 SAUM Norma brass but the 300 Norma brass that I have had needs turned. You will find no better brass than the 300 SAUM Nosler brass, very consistent neck thickness.

How is the case capacity of the Nosler vs the Norma or Remington?

Would the same dimension be true for the 300 WSM Norma necked down for the 7 WSM?

Did anyone else notice that Nosler is listing 7mm SAUM brass in its online catalog. They must be gold plated though as they want $2.40 each for them.

I have heard good things about the Nosler .260 brass.

They're out of stock, but Powder Valley lists 7SAUM at $48.29 per 25. That's $1.93 each. I don't think thats a bad price. If you bought Remington brass 7SAUM think of all the sorting/culling you'd have to do. And, if you bought Norma 300SAUM brass there would be all the extra neck sizing/turning/reaming/trimming/chamfering to be done. My hands are pretty beat up and all that case prep would be a misery. I know I could get powered tools, but that would cost more than buying the Nosler brass in the first place.

I spoke to Nosler and was told it will be available in September. They are also listing a slew of loaded ammo. If you were to look at the 300 and 7mm SAUM ammo they have and compare it to the 300 WSM (no 7mm WSM), one would think that the Remington line was the most popular by far.
