Caldwell Target Cameras

I'm looking for any user reviews on the Caldwell Target Camera from any of you who have one.
I searched this forum and the last comments about this camera are over 1 year old.
So now that they have been out there that much longer, how does everyone feel about them.

Good, bad, how does the company stand behind any problems with them?
They are between $5-6 hundred Canadian so I want some truthful reviews before I jump on one.

Also the cheapest I can find is $353.84 on EBay with $17.15 shipping. USD Anyone know of any less expensive place that sell them who will ship to Canada?

Thanks in advance fellas

I don't know about the Caldwell but I have an ammocam and it dose ok. I have to send it back because it keeps dropping the video. Got it back and its not as bad but still does it. Hope that might help.

352.49 free shipping on eBay. I guess I believe they will ship to a Canadian address.

Just purchased one for 240.00 plus 29.99 shipping new in box. My hopes are up for this camera to be the answer to alot less trips 800 yards down range to check targets. Any input on the quality of these things ?

I watched a guy use one at Williamsport shooting 1,000 yards. I ended up buying the Bullseye 1 mile target camera model and like it very much.

I did get one and used it this summer. So far the farthest I have used it was 300 yds. I just used the main transmitter at the camera not the secondary booster and my picture was fine. No more tramping back and forth. gettin to old for that.

I bought one used from this forum. $200 plus $34 shipping. We use them at our club shoots out to 600yds. They sure save a lot of walking. The picture could be better but it’s still much better than my low end spotter. One problem we’ve had at club shoots is, when too many folks are viewing, using their phones. The signal tends to weaken. My personal unit works well with my iPad.

As Topwater stated, the picture is a little grainy. I have used my Caldwell out to a thousand yards and it works fine other than the picture quality which I believe can be fixed with a higher quality camera. Now don't be mislead..... it's just a little grainy when the screen picture is blown up a lot but the bullet holes are easily seen. If I had to do it again I would purchase the Caldwell again.

If you want quality with picture perfect targets, look at Target Vision made in Tx.Oh yes they have great customer service also. They are a little more expensive but well worth it.
